this plate was more than enough! You could literally feed 2-3 ppl. My husband had an omelette that was full of flavor. Prices are good. I will definitely be coming back on our next vacation. Staff was super friendly and the overall service was great!
What a hidden gem!!! This restaurant is nested behind some condos by the beach. You have to drive into the parking lot and then walk toward the beach before you will see it. This restaurant is small, but almost every table has a good view of the ocean. There will be a wait for tables. It's first come first serve. Our server was amazing, very helpful. This place has a take back and cool vibes to it. We ordered their infamous Macadamia Nut, and pineapple pancake with Coconut syrup. It was so good!! And we also ordered a Lahaina Omelets, it was good size and it was delicious as well. Definitely will come back.
Can I just say how great this little joint is! Yes, you'll wait on line...who cares, nice people, great views of the beach and you'll be seated in no time. Macadamia nut pancakes- beyond good, but share with whole table. Fried rice at breakfast, forget about the rules, so delicious. Coffee is hot and delicious, eggs Benedict will almost kill ya it's so good. Wonderful wait staff, cute little birdies everywhere and even an adorable little souvenir shop behind the place with really original cute bargains. We watched sea turtles come up on shore while we ate. This place is true Hawaii in the best possible way. We try to have breakfast here at least twice during each trip. Fantastic and a really fair value
Food, especially the potato's and pancakes. The ambiance is awesome as it is classic Hawaii. Kevin's and Karen's stay away as there is a line in the hot sun, but couples will be seated quicker than groups. definitely a do again. get the fried rice dish and don't complain about the calories.
Came here at 7:30 AM and we waited in line for about one hour before getting sat on a Sunday morning before our flight. This was perfect timing because our flight was at 1 pm. Honestly the line was long but once you get sat and server takes your order, the food comes out in like 5 minutes. Literally 5 minutes. We were out in less than an hour. Ordered the papaya fruit so delicious! Could've done more. It's served as a half fruit w a spoon. I ordered the vegetarian Benedict and my date ordered some type of shrimp omelette - also very good The server recommended one order of pancake bc that is what they're known for so we got the macadamia nut with the coconut syrup. 'Twas perfection. I ordered their fried rice to go because that is also what they're known for and I ate this in the flight back to LA. I highly recommend trying! Just be patient with the line
Always a must when visiting Maui! This is a cute little spot where the food always hits. For a party of three we split the top items, White Chocolate, Bananna Macadamia Nut pancakes, Corned Beef Hash and eggs, and a half order of the fried rice. The pancakes are so popular and once you try them you'll understand why. You get two very large pancakes in each order. The fried rice is also amazing with portugués sausage, we get the half order because the full order is a ton for a small group. Lastly, this is the first time we tried the corned beef hash and eggs, and wow was that tasty! Again you can never go wrong but highly recommend the staples above. Be prepared for a little wait and possibly sprinkles. The restaurant provides umbrellas while you wait which is great. Also be sure to check out the cute souvenir store, I was able to find some rings which were great gifts! We arrive around 10:30 am on a Sunday and probably waited 30 mins, which is pretty good. Staff is always so pleasant and happy!
I thought the food tasted just ok but the views made it so much better. I've read about the long lines online, so my husband and I made a plan to call ahead to get takeout. This was much quicker than waiting for a table. We ate the food just a couple of steps away from the restaurant at a tiny table. It was facing the ocean, so it was a wonderful experience. I got the 1/2 portion of fried rice since people said the full portion is really big. Im glad I did because the 1/2 portion was still too big for me!
